On June 15, we received the Somos Douro (We're All Douro) in an enthusiastic and memorable way at the High Performance Rowing and Canoeing Center of Pocinho (CAR).
On Friday the visit to the CAR was carried out by the author of the building that has collected numerous national and international awards, Álvaro Fernandes Andrade, accompanied by the President of the Northern Section of the Order of Architects, Arch. Cláudia da Costa Santos. Those present had, for about three hours, the opportunity to question the architect himself and learn about the genesis of the project and the particularities of a high-performance center that makes it one of the best in the world.
