Contributo para a Arquitetura
Localizado num território de baixa densidade, e com escassos exemplos de arquitetura contemporânea de relevo, este é um edifício que, apesar do seu curto tempo de vida, tem já chamado a si a atenção da comunidade dos arquitetos.
As visitas de estudo de que o empreendimento tem sido alvo, desde antes do término da obra são mais uma prova da importância da existência deste tipo de equipamento, na medida em que reportam a esta região diferentes públicos que trazem consigo outras formas de olhar e partilham também outras maneiras de pensar, numa culturalidade emergente.
Outra nota de notoriedade e impacto é o facto de o edifício já ter ganho vários prémios em concursos de arquitetura, ter sido nomeado em outros concursos da área e ter estado presente em exposições internacionais de arquitetura.
